Channel 14 - RMTV - Shows - Empowering Our Youth

Rocky Mountain Television is proud to present, Empowering Our Youth, a series dedicated to the positive actions of all students in our community. We believe every student should know our cameras will only focus on only the best behaviors.
Negative publicity promotes negative actions. It’s time to change that!
We are inviting local business owners to underwrite this series. We anticipate a large viewing audience of friends, family and faculty each looking for the student or students they have a relationship with. With an underwriter the series will air during the summer to encourage families considering relocating to our area, and continue during the entire school year. Let’s face it this is a great place to raise children. We will have ongoing updates; we are always looking for more good news about this community. Copies of the tapes will be available through the underwriter and RMTV.

Family Math Night hosted by students of Western State College.
Father/Daughter Dance hosted by the Girl Scouts
Students of the Month, (March, April and May)
Youth Orchestra from Colorado Springs
Junior/Senior Prom
Award Presentation by Montrose Sheriffs Dept. students from the middle school for winning essays on peer pressure.

Currently RMTV is working closely with many non-profit groups and youth agencies. No need to thank us, it’s our community too. We are inviting business’s to join in our effort to support all the greatness of the Gunnison River Territory.
