Host of Cooking on The Wild Side

As the newest member of the RMTV family,Chef Chad McIntyre is co-host of Cookin' On The Wild Side. Since Chef Chad's arrival to Gunnison County, he has created a devoted culinary following. With two local restaurants, his style of cooking has taken the area by storm. He has worked for several restaurants ranging from deep south "soul" food to the only AAA Four Diamond Awarded Fine Dining restaurant on the Gulf Coast. Chef Chad McIntyre holds a board member position for the Crested Butte Chamber Of Commerce, and actively helps the Gunnison County Tourism Association with culinary tourism. He owns the Almont Smokehouse restaurant and Crave Restaurant in Crested Butte, CO
